1. Acceptance of terms

These terms form an agreement between you and PlayPractices Pty Ltd ("PlayPractices", "we", "us"). By creating a profile or otherwise using playpractices.com, you agree to be bound by them. If you're using PlayPractices on behalf of a group or team, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for that group.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a profile. If local law where you live sets a higher minimum age for using a platform like this, that higher age applies instead.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping your login details secure. Let us know straight away if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Community conduct

PlayPractices works because people show up and treat each other well. While using the platform, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against another player.
• Misrepresent your rank, skill level, or availability to gain an unfair matching advantage.
• Use cheats, exploits, or account-boosting services in connection with a matched session.
• Repeatedly no-show to scheduled sessions without notice.
• Use the platform to advertise unrelated services or solicit personal or financial information from other members.

We may issue warnings, matching cooldowns, or account suspension for violations, depending on their severity and frequency.

5. Practice sessions

PlayPractices helps you find people to practice with; it doesn't guarantee any particular improvement in rank, skill, or performance. Outcomes depend on the effort and consistency of everyone in a session. Voice rooms and scheduling tools are provided to support sessions your group organises — we aren't a party to, and don't referee, what happens inside a matched game itself.

6. User content

Profile details, session notes, and messages you post remain yours, but you grant PlayPractices a licence to store and display that content as needed to operate matching, scheduling, and session tools. Don't post content you don't have the right to share.

7. Third-party games and trademarks

PlayPractices lists popular games so players can find the right practice partners; this is a reference to help with matching, not a claim of affiliation. All game names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this platform belong to their respective publishers and developers. PlayPractices is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the games or publishers mentioned.

8. Intellectual property

The PlayPractices name, logo, and platform design are owned by PlayPractices Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose these without our written permission.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms, or where we're required to do so by law.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

PlayPractices is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that matching will always find you a suitable partner, that the platform will be uninterrupted, or that another member will behave as their profile suggests. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayPractices is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with other members. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be handled in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and for significant changes, we'll aim to give you reasonable notice.
